They can integrate all kinds of sensors. For example, ambient temperature and humidity sensors, barometer, anemometer, wind vane, rain gauge, soil conductivity, pH, water meters, level sensors, etc.

It has I2C, RS-485, RS-232, ADC, SPI and pulse inputs.

They can be powered by external 12V, batteries or solar panels. The datalogger has ultra low power consumption.
